A new South African film, to be directed by Ian Gabriel, is an official selection for the 2008 Berlinale Co-Production Market. This is the only South African selection.

Studios back iTunes

Apple chief Steve Jobs announced at the MacWorld conference in San Francisco on 15 January that all major Hollywood studios will provide films for Apple’s iTunes movie rental service.
