Public broadcaster SABC has appointed Ray Nkwe, currently SABC1 General Manager, as Acting Group Executive of its Commercial Enterprises division. Nkwe temporarily replaces Gab Mampone, who was recently suspended pending a review of his performance.
The decision to appoint Nkwe was made by SABC Group Chief Executive Officer Solly Mokoetle in consultation with the SABC board.
