Hollywood star Julianne Moore ( ) is set to star in Finland’s first major film project, Nicholas North, directed by that country’s Antti Jokinen, who has previously directed a whole slate of music videos and commercials in America.
With a €16m budget and based on Finnish legends, Nicholas North will be produced the Helsinki-based Estar Studios, hitherto a service company only. The film has American co-producers. (Source: Cineuropa)
