As South Africa starts to delve into the IPTV domain comes the news that Italian telecommunications company Tiscali will be launching its new IPTV service in Italy in late October.
Rapid TV News reports that as per a distribution deal with public broadcaster RAI, Tiscali TV will access three RAI channels, namely RAI Fiction, Rai Cultura and RAI Junior.
Tiscali TV subscribers will also be offered PVR features that will allow for on demand access to these channels and to RAI 1, RAI 2 and RAI 3.
