In response to the evolving needs of Qatar’s audio visual community, Sony Professional Solutions MEA, Fifty One East and Darwish Technology, its local partner, hosted the inaugural Sony Technology Event for Professionals (STEP) conference in Doha.
The two-day STEP event was held at The St. Regis Doha, Al Gassar Resort. It brought together a range of stakeholders including system integrators, consultants, broadcast professionals, faculty and students of applied media and mass communication to experience the “future of AV’ with Sony’s complete portfolio. The conference showcased solutions for various segments ranging from auditoriums, classrooms, boardrooms, security control rooms, video studios and home cinema.
Commenting on the debut edition of STEP in Qatar, Rob Sherman, managing director, Sony Professional Solutions MEA said, “We wanted to gain a better understanding of the market requirements and ensure that our solutions add value to every aspect of our customers business.’
