Not only can audiences enjoy Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters soon, but four minutes of exclusive footage of G.I. Joe: Retaliation will play in advance of Hansel & Gretel.
Paramount Pictures, MGM and Skydance Productions, in association with Hasbro, will release the first look of the new film. This is the follow-up to the 2009 release of G.I. Joe: The Rise of the Cobra, which grossed more than $300 million worldwide.
In the sequel, the G.I. Joes are fighting their mortal enemy Cobra again, but are also forced to cope with threats from within the government that endangers their existence. Among others, Channing Tatum with Bruce Willis and Dwayne Johnson star in the new G.I. Joe movie.
Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters stars Jeremy Renner and former Bond girl Gemma Arterton who are vigilantes out for blood and revenge. However, Hansel and Gretel have become the hunted themselves… The movie also stars Famke Jansen and Peter Stormare.
The film opens on Friday, 5 April 2013 nationwide.
