On 26 May the SA’s Next Top Filmmaker 2012 competition will host a workshop in Johannesburg entitled How to Make Reality TV to assist entrants with their submissions. Entrants are required to submit a proposal and a treatment for a reality show.
SA’s Next Top Filmmaker 2012 is an initiative from General Post in partnership with Curious Pictures, Endemol and Ochre Media. The winner of the competition will be awarded with a one-year internship at a top production company.
The workshop will include lectures by Anton Burggraaf from Ochre Moving Pictures, well-known writer Gillian Breslin, head of Content for Masterchef South Africa Handrie Basson, and Amstel Class Act / Big Break Legacy editor, Andrew Dixon.
