The TimesLive reports that the number of South Africans with access to television is getting closer to the number that listens to radio.
The All Media and Products Survey figures released by the South African Advertising Research Foundation show that the difference between the radio-listening and TV-watching adult populations is now only 2%.
According to the survey the number of television viewers in the Eastern Cape increased the penetration figure with 1.5% since December. Television penetration is now at 90.3%, with radio, the top medium in the country, at 92%.
