Industry stakeholders and other interested parties are invited to comment on the lndependent Communications Authority of South Africa’s (ICASA) Amended Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) Draft Regulations, which have been published in accordance of section 4(4) of the Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005).
