Denis Skeate has joined the Cape Film Commission (CFC) board as chairperson with immediate effect.
Skeate is a current board director and former chairman of the Cape Town International Convention Centre and is also a former president of the Cape Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
At the moment Skeate is MD of Technoburn (Pty) Ltd, a combustion engineering company. He previously managed book and magazine publications and created the recycling programme, War on Waste, with the use of television, industrial theatre and puppets.
