South African fans of the super-nerd sitcom, The Big Bang Theory, which is broadcast on SABC3 on Tuesdays at 7.30pm, will be happy to learn that American network CBC has renewed the series for a further three years.
A statement from CBS said that the creative genius of the shows’ creators, Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady, coupled with the performances of the cast “have created a comedy that will entertain viewers for a long time’.
The Big Bang Theory is produced by Warner Bros. Television. Four seasons of the show have been produced thus far.
