Telemundo Internacional’s The Storm which has been screened in six countries in Africa, premiered in Kenya last Saturday and Sunday on Nation TV. The other African countries in which it has been screened include Uganda, Ghana, Nigeria and Tanzania.
The Storm is an original telenovela by Humberto "Kico" Olivieri (Analia and Desert Lovers). It tells the story of two people who come from opposite sides of life and yet discover that there is a thin line between love and hate.
Nation TV in Kenya also airs the Telemundo novela Hidden Passions, which holds a Monday through Wednesday slot.
Among the 80 countries in which The Storm has been screened are Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Colombia, Costa Rica, Slovakia, Venezuela and Romania.
