US Mobile Users Want Live Mobile TV


According to a survey by the Open Mobile Video Coalition (OMVC) conducted by Magid Media Labs, consumers in the US have a big interest in watching local programming as well as live news and weather programming on their mobile phones.

The survey showed that this was true particularly of the 18 to 29 age group. The survey covered 1, 007 people, aged 18 to 59. Surprisingly, nearly half of the group is willing to watch commercials on mobile. (Source: C2M Bi-Weekly News)
