No local or foreign non-rights holding (NRH) broadcasters may record or broadcast within the stadium precincts during the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa matches. This was announced by the 2010 Local Organising Committee (LOC) and FIFA on 5 October at SAFA House in Johannesburg.
Accredited NRHs will be allowed to the press tribunes and observer seats on match days on a first come, first served basis. They are also free to contact the media rights licensee SABC for games footage.
