The Weinstein Co (TWC) and Exodus Film Group will jointly develop, produce and finance a slate of CG-animated feature films, DVD titles and TV series, with TVC distributing these productions worldwide. This was recently announced at the Cannes Film Festival.
TWC and Exodus have already collaborated on the latter’s “Igor’, which releases on 24 October. The animated comedy about a hunch-backed lab assistant who dreams of becoming a scientist, features the voices of Jeremy Piven, Jay Leno, John Cusack, Arsenio Hall, Steve Buscemi and John Cleese.
