As per the Special Meeting:2006/7 City of Cape Town Festive Season Readiness Programme hosted by Mr.Greg Pillay Head:Distaster Management, a request has been issued that no filming take place on 16 December as there are nine major events taking place on that day, e.g.
1. Cape Summer Show – Koeberg Road, Milnerton,
2. Clifton Challenge,
3. Gugulethu Reconciliation Day’
4. Kulani Library Street Process,
5. Mother City Queer Project,
6. Adderlerley Street Night Market as well as other street markets
All affected Service Departments will be on stand-by, especially Metro Police.
