The Home Channel on DStv is presenting a third season of local programming dedicated to the province of KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).
This new series, in association with Wakefields Estate Agents, takes a change in direction to look at the architectural landscape and the investment potential of the wide range of properties available. The 13-part series is filmed on location, explores the rich and diverse design styles of the province, and offers insight into the current and projected values of its properties.
KZN Living will focus on the unique architectural features of KZN homes that work in harmony with the climate and lifestyle. Key opinions will be expressed by historical commentators, architects involved in projects, homeowners and local specialist real estate agents, among others.
This series takes a comprehensive look at what’s on offer in the residential property market and will include a range of content, from the glamorous KwaZulu-Natal North Coast to inland vistas such as the Kloof area – traditionally a choice suburb for families looking for the convenience of excellent schools, large gardens and homes reflecting the grandeur of the 1950s.
