At the consumer electronics show (CES) which took place in January in Las Vegas,

Verge‘s Sean O’Kane interviewed Kodak CEO Jeff Clarke about the return of
the 8mm camera. Kodak previewed a prototype of its new Super 8 movie camera,
which combines analogue and digital technology, at the show. Beyond the revival
initiative, the company has developed an ecosystem around the art form, which
includes a range of cameras, film development services, post-production tools and
more. Clarke maintains that students and artists should also have access to this
classic form of filmmaking.
