The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) leads South African delegation to the Cannes International Film Festival every year, where it facilitates the country’s film presence at the festival. It is in this light that the NFVF invites filmmakers who will be participating and attending the 68th Cannes International Film Festival to apply for funding for markets and festival attendance.
The festival will take place from 13 to 24 May 2015 in Cannes, France. Markets and festival attendance funding is available to filmmakers that have been invited to participate, seek funding partners, distributors, sales agents, and whose films have been accepted at the festival. The deadline for submission is Friday, 27 March 2015.
