Noluthando Gosa has resigned from the board of the SABC according to a statement issued by the presidency on Monday 11 November.
Spokesman Mac Maharaj said: “President Zuma thanked Ms Gosa for her contribution to taking forward the work of the public broadcaster over a period of time.
“Ms Gosa also thanked the president for the opportunity to serve the country as board member and wished the board all the best going forward.’
Maharaj added that Zuma had informed the national assembly of Gosa’s resignation and requested the initiation of the process to fill the vacancy.
