Jason Fialkov from Egg Films is the director of Rise, the new Skyy Vodka commercial that was conceived by Young & Rubicam’s chief creative officer Graham Lang and creative director, Nkanyezi Masango.
Fialkov took a music video approach to create a seductive rooftop party full of surreal lustre. Thanks to great CGI work by BlackGinger, the penthouse rises above the clouds to escape the rain and the party goes on…
The commercial is driven by an original composition from Pulse Music New York. It is shot by Peter Tischauser, styled by Elaine Jeacocks and edited by Matthew Swanepoel at Priest.
