Comedy Central has confirmed that US President Barack Obama will make his sixth appearance as a guest on spoof news programme The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
The episode featuring President Obama will premiere on Comedy Central in the US on Thursday 18 October at 23h00 ET/PT, and then in sub-Saharan Africa on Comedy Central Africa (DStv Channel 122) on Friday 19 October at 22h10 CAT.
This is President Obama’s second appearance on the show since taking office as President of the United States of America. His last appearance on The Daily Show was on 27 October 2010 when The Daily Show taped a week of shows in Washington, D.C.
