Channel24 reports that pay-TV service TopTV has added the 1KZN community TV station to its bouquet on channel 187.
1KZN started broadcasting in Richard’s Bay in July 2011, and is supported by Urban Brew Studios and Kagiso Media. The free-to-air channel is run by students and broadcasts in the Uthungulu and iLembe districts in KwaZulu-Natal with six hours of content per day, repeated in four broadcast blocks.
Programming includes local news, talk shows, a gospel music show and the Ezabantwana kids show.
