Pay-TV broadcaster M-Net’s Mzansi Magic channel has teamed up with Drum Magazine to launch a new cooking show, Siba’s Twist, where food, style, music and more will come together in a distinctly South African way.
The show is presented by the publication’s renowned food editor, Siba Mtongana who says: “My true passion lies not only in cooking up feasts, I also love networking and interacting with people, and teaching them about healthy eating and good food habits, whilst having some real fun.’
From the heart of her kitchen, Mtongana will entertain a special guest each week by cooking a very special meal that resonates with the guest’s roots or their “hands-down’ favourite meal. So pap and morogo, sheep’s heads and more will mingle with cooking tips, recipes, and a great dose of South African-style fun.
The show is broadcast on Mondays at 7pm.
