South Africa’s Minister of Communications, Radhakrishna Padayachie (Roy), will meet with the captains of the Top 30 ICT companies in South Africa on 25 February in Johannesburg to develop a long term vision for the sector.
The meeting is a follow-up to the Minister’s undertaking, at a media briefing held on 11 November, to convene a roundtable discussion with CEOs and Chairpersons of the Top 30 ICT companies as a way of building and strengthening partnerships between the public and private sectors.
Also to be discussed at the roundtable is the work programme for job creation.
