The Guardian reports that UK satellite broadcaster BskyB has completed its purchase of Virgin Media Television in a deal said to worth approximately £160m.
BskyB now owns channels such as Bravo, Challenge and Virgin 1. It has announced its intention to rebrand Virgin 1 in due course.
