This year’s edition of INPUT, the international public television screening conference which annually attracts over 1 000 of the world’s leading television producers and executives, will take place in Warsaw, Poland from 10 to 15 May.

In 2008, South Africa was the successful host, for the second time, of this major global event. INPUT was created 30 years ago out of the idealistic conviction that public television can change the world, serve the public good, and promote basic values such as human rights and respect for others.
Each year INPUT takes place in a different location, in the most prestigious cities in the world. Some 60 different public television broadcasters participate annually. During the conference, the most interesting and orginal television programmes are screened and discussions are held on programming, production and technical topics.
This is the first time that INPUT will be held in Warsaw.
