The Refinery and MFP Holdings confirmed today that MFP is acquiring The Refinery Group.
The Group comprises well-known post production facilities: The Refinery, The Video Lab and the Waterfront Studios Partnership.
Ken Modise and John Hislop will be appointed Executive Directors to the board. “We will be visiting clients over the next few months as all the details are concluded and implemented. These are exciting times,’ says Modise.
