The Red Bull Music Academy is an intercontinental music school with 128 info sessions currently held all over the world. These “mini-editions” of the Red Bull Music Academy allow music enthusiasts to let their musical creativity run riot together with local music insiders and international special guests.
South Africa will be hosting info sessions in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg, bringing together prospective applicants and music fundis alike. Sharing their knowledge with local musos will be Darshan Jesrani (Metro Area/Environ Records), a new wave dance artist from the US, Tumi (previously from Tumi and the Volume), Klinikal, a local turntablist DJ and Nyambz, Durban’s own hip hop producer.
All workshops are free and in the interest of furthering the awareness and level of local productions, so don’t miss out!
