Channel O, the satellite continental music channel, has introduced two new presenters on its daily weekday programme O-Boma. Former DJ from Q-FM in Lusaka, Zambia, 26-year old Chuma Phiri is the new face that will be seen on Tuesdays.
Twenty-three year old Capetonian model Nzinga Qunta, who is currently studying law and who has been the L’Oreal Garnier brand ambassador since 2003, is the new face appearing on the Thursday broadcast of the show.
Popular VJs KB Ngakane, Nonhle Thema, Grace Meadows, Lungile Radu and Proverb will continue hosting the show as well.
The new VJs were recruited on the credibility they bring to the Channel O Pan African musical brand. O-Boma is broadcast Monday to Friday between 15h00 and 17h00. Channel O is available on channel 87 on the DStv bouquet.
