The National Radio of Angola (RNA) transmits 5 signals from Luanda; the News Channel A, Luanda Radio, N´gola Yetu and Radio 5 Sports. The FM Musical Stereo transmits from an auxiliary building 1 Km away.

The audio and data connection between the main building and the FM Musical Stereo is made through a redundant data radio link of 5.4 GHz using E1 multiplexers and AEQ Course audiocodecs that transfers 16 channels of audio in real time and connects the data networks at the rate of 2×48 Mb.
A VSAT satellite network is being evaluated in order to connect the Luanda centre with the regional ones, and to give a reliable access to Internet to all the centres.
