In order to offer users better speeds, the new Space includes In-flight Data Acceleration as well as BlueShift technology which increase rapidity for all sharing procedures. Jobs are able to be prioritized above routine back-ups and lower data rate processes due to Space Bandwidth Control which allows administrators to control bandwidth and data rates.
Space is compatible with Mac, Windows or Linux workstations and includes a comprehensive data toolset from GB Labs, the Core 3 OS, which has a file manager, notification centre, automated backups, watch folders, security settings, file replication, data offloading, Avid bin sharing and media restoration.
The product is available in 16TB, 32TB, 48TB, 64TB, 80TB, 96TB variations with the Space EX expand capacities reaching up to 1.7PBIDA.
