Established and amateur filmmakers from the Western Cape are invited to take part in the 48 Hour Film Project (48HFP) in Cape Town from 4 to 6 October during which time they will have two days to produce short films.
Once registered, teams are placed on a waiting list and, due to space limitations, will be accepted to participate on a first come first serve basis.
The project starts at 18h00 on 4 October when participants will be assigned a character, prop and line of dialogue to produce a narrative from a selected film genre.
Once completed, premiere screenings of the films take place at the V&A Waterfront on 19 and 20 October.
