German director Tobias Lindner was in attendance at the 2nd annual Jozi Film Festival for the screening of his award-winning documentary, Orania.
According to JFF “Orania is a feature-length documentary about cultural identity and the thin line between self-determination and discrimination. It is a thoughtful examination into the social experiment that is Orania. Beautifully shot, it is at times simultaneously humorous and disturbing’.
JFF screened at Orania at Villa Arcadia and The Bioscope Independent Cinema on Saturday 16 February. Lindner was at both screenings and participated in Q&A sessions after the film at both venues.
