There are only two weeks left in which to submit entries for the prestigious international Panda Awards, part of the Wildscreen Film Festival which takes place in Bristol from 14 to 19 October.
Panda Awards organisers are searching for the world’s best wildlife and environmental films to win the highest accolade in the industry – the Golden Panda.
There are over 20 categories including a new 3D award.
The Wildscreen Panda Awards are the world’s most prestigious and influential awards in the natural history filmmaking industry. Leading filmmakers from across the globe enter the competition. The winners will be revealed at the glittering Gala Awards ceremony during the Festival week.
• All productions submitted will be listed in the Wildscreen Festival Directory – the essential guide for the wildlife media industry.
• All productions submitted will be profiled on the Wildscreen Festival website.
• All productions submitted will be available for viewing online (pre, during and post Festival) and in the film library by delegates throughout the Festival week.
• All award-nominated productions will be screened and promoted during the Festival.
• All award-nominated productions will be featured during the Panda Awards ceremony.
• Selected award-nominated filmmakers will be invited to speak at special presentations of their films during the Festival week.
Other submitted productions of particular interest or merit may also be screened during the Festival.
The deadline for entries is 30 March.
