The Cape Film Commission (CFC) has announced that they will host two categories for the 40th anniversary of the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (Emmy) judging. The categories are Kids Animation (English speaking) and Documentary (English speaking).
The judging will take place in June, and further information with regard to the appointment of judges will be sent out as soon as it becomes available.
According to the CFC, this is great news for Cape Town as it will assist them in marketing and promoting the region’s amazing industries, particularly in the Kids Animation and Documentary categories, together with the broader film industry in Cape Town and the Western Cape.
