Apple’s much lauded and sought after tablet computer, the iPad, has gone on sale in South Africa through local distributor, Core Group. Prices start from R4,399.
TechCentral reports that Apple is about to launch the second generation iPad but whether the iPad2 will be on sale at launch is unconfirmed.
It is estimated that there are already about 50,000 first generation iPads already in South Africa.
