Following 14 intense days of judging by a total of 165 judges, the full list of finalists in all categories of the 2010 Loerie Awards is now available for perusal on www.theloerieawards.co.za. Winners in South Africa, Africa and the Middle East’s most prestigious brand communication awards will be announced at two ceremonies taking place on Saturday, 2 and Sunday, 3 October at the Good Hope Centre in Cape Town.
To ensure the provision of a transparent report on the outcome of the awards, an official ranking system has been introduced. Each award given will receive points, the values of which are based on the probability of winning each award. The exact ranking methodology and the points per award are all provided on the Loeries website. The points will be awarded to those credited on the winning entry itself and all finalists will have until Thursday, 2 September to check their credits.
