This week in the UK, Cadbury launched its latest TV ad but it certainly did not punt the delicious taste of chocolate. Instead Cadbury’s relied on the brand association with the rich colour of purple.
The ad goes underwater with a team of spotted and striped sea creatures which compete in an offbeat green seaweed balloon game.
The ad ends with an invitation for viewers to go to the website www.spotsvstripes.com to compete in different games. The intention is to build up Cadbury’s official association with the London 2012 Olympics Games.
