Perhaps the most high profile films at the upcoming Cannes International Film Festival in May are those that are screening out of competition – namely Ridley Scott’s opening night film, Robin Hood (starring Russell Crowe, Cate Blanchett, William Hurt), Oliver Stone’s Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps (Michael Douglas, Shia LaBeouf, Carey Mulligan), and Woody Allen’s You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger (Naomi Watts, Anthony Hopkins, Antonio Banderas).
Also screening out of competition is Stephen Frears’ Tamara Drewe, starring Bong girl Gemma Arterton and Dominic Cooper.
