Apple has accused HTC, maker of Google’s Nexus One Smartphone, of infringing on its iPhone patents. A lawsuit has been filed.
The accusation of infringement of 20 Apple patents relate to the iPhone’s user interface, underlying architecture and hardware.
In a statement Apple chief executive Steve Jobs said competitors should create their own original technology instead of stealing Apple’s.
