An example for South African Lottery winners to follow? A resident of the Californian town Hawthorne, who won a $67m jackpot in the US Lottery in 2007, has set up a $30m film fund to make romantic comedies, thrillers and faith-based dramas.
According to The Wrap, Cynthia Stafford has set up a production company called Queen Nefertari Productions and already has a four-project slate. She hopes to be in production with the first film in the first quarter of 2010.
