Advertising and branding agency, The Jupiter Drawing Room (Johannesburg), has announced the appointments of Andile Khumalo and Tebogo Skwambane as non-executive directors.
Khumalo currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at MSG Africa. MSG Afrika is the holding company of MSG Rimani, which in turn holds a 51% stake in The Jupiter Drawing Room in Johannesburg. Skwambane on the other hand is a partner and founding member of North Road Consulting.
Mohale Ralebitso, Executive Chairman of The Jupiter Drawing Room in Johannesburg welcomed both Khumalo and Skwambane.

Before joining MSG Afrika, Khumalo held financial management roles at McCarthy Limited, Illovo Sugar Limited, Corobrik (Pty) Ltd, Deloitte and Touche and Investec Corporate Finance.
In 2004, Khumalo started his own investment company, M-Stone Capital (Pty) Ltd before joining forces with MSG Afrika in 2007.
Khumalo also serves as an alternate director on the Directorate of Market Abuse. He is the current Chairman of the Johannesburg branch of the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants of Southern Africa (ABASA).
Skwambane hails from a leading global consulting company, Bain & Company where she performed various roles in their many offices spanning the globe including Boston, London and Johannesburg. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
She has served on the boards of Corporate Governance Protocol, Lunsemfwa Hydro Power and the Regulating Committee for Meteorological Services.
