Multichoice is calling for entries from talented filmmakers to participate in the first ever Multichoice Film Skills Incubator 2007.
This fully sponsored, intensive and highly practical, training programme will focus on the production of short form content in the documentary genre.
Be part of the next wave of cutting edge filmmakers being trained by award winning professionals and experience mentored work placements in leading production and advertising agencies.
The Incubator will train 16 individuals who want to upskill in the disciplines covering research, narrative, understanding short form content, producing, cinematography, directing and editing.

Completes: 28th September 2007
Successful shortlisted applicants must make themselves available for interviews on the 2, 3, 4 May 2007.
Entry criteria: Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the industry. Woman and previously disadvantaged individuals between the ages of 18 – 28 are encouraged to apply.
All applications must be supported by the submission of a detailed CV, references and a showreel by no later than 20th April 2007 17h00. Late entries will not be considered.
Please note: this is a full time, intensive training programme, which does not allow the possibility of freelance work during this time.
Weekly stipends of R300 are paid to the participants.
No applicants will be considered who cannot commit to this training programme 100%.
