In keeping with its vision of making Gauteng Africa’s film festival capital, the Gauteng Film Commission (GFC) invites partnership proposals from festival organisers and community-based organisations involved in the promotion of cinema within the Province.
Proposals must include a detailed organisational profile containing:
- Detailed description of the festival and/or project including festival and programme dates and estimated audience reach
- List of current sponsors
- Detailed motivation for assistance & support including a description of the type of support required
- Detailed project budget
- Contact details.
Submissions are due on Friday, 30 March 2007. Please note that late or faxed submissions will not be considered and proposals must be hand delivered or couriered to: The Gauteng Film Commission, 9th floor, 56 Main Street, Johannesburg, 2108 for the attention of Puisano Phatoli.
