New Bollywood films release in SA

Three new and diverse Bollywood films, with genres such as romance, action
and drama, release through Ster-Kinekor early this year.

In Dedh Ishqiya, which screens from 10 January, partners-in-crime Khalujaan
(Naseeruddin Shah) and Babban (Arshad Warsi) return with more romantic
adventures. This sequel to Ishqiya also stars Madhuri Dixit and Huma Qureshi.
Audiences can watch the movie at Ster-Kinekor Gateway in Durban and The
Zone at Rosebank in Johannesburg.

Also showing at Ster-Kinekor Gateway and The Zone, Karle Pyaar Karle releases
on 17 January and is an action-packed love story about Kabir (Shiv Darshan)
and Preet (Hasleen Kaur) who are rebels on a search to discover themselves
and the true meaning of romance.

Jai Ho is a soon-to-be-released action drama about a former military officer, Jai
(Salman Khan) who fights a solitary war against injustice and corruption. His
approach to life is simple – help someone and then ask that individual to come to
someone else’s aid, which leads to an ever-increasing circle of paying it forward.

The movie also stars Daisy Shah, Sana Khan and Tabu and will be screened at
Ster-Kinekor Gateway; Vincent Park in East London; The Zone, The Bridge and
Carnival City in Johannesburg and at Brooklyn in Pretoria from 24 January.
