The much-publicised film Of Good Report, directed by Jahmil XT Qubeka, screens nationwide on Friday 9 August.
The movie, which was refused classification by the Film and Publication Board and could as a result not be shown at the Durban International Film Festival (DIFF), has now been deemed fit for public viewing and carries an age restriction of 16.
Audiences will get the rare opportunity to watch the film at the following venues countrywide on Women’s Day:

Port Elizabeth – The Bridge
East London – Vincent Park
Pretoria – Brooklyn Nouveau, Sterland, Centurion City
Johannesburg – Rosebank Nouveau, Southgate, Carlton
Soweto – Maponya Mall
The film stars Mothusi Magano, Petronella Tshuma, Tina Jaxa, Phoenix Mabote, Stevel Marc, Tshamano Sebe and Lee-Ann van Rooi.
The producers of the movie are Spier Films, Icelandic Film Center, iXhosa Nostra and New Brighton Motion Picture Company.
