KidsCo, the international children’s television channel that reaches 15 million subscribers worldwide and airs on South African pay-TV satellite bouquets, DStv (channel 308) and ToPTV (channel 255), has unveiled its new look, content and website (www.kidsco.tv).

New shows on KidsCo include Grossology about a brother and sister team who combat the “disgusting bad guys’ while working for a secret government facility. Baddies like the bitter Lance Boil pose no threat for the brave two-some as they work closely to solve mysteries that are horrible for their ultra-squeamish Director.

Babar, the King of the Elephants, enthralls his children with his challenges and amazing stories about how he got to become king. He wants them to understand that anything is possible if you keep trying, and encourages everyone to look for the silver lining in every dark cloud.

Rollie Pollie Ollie tells the tales of robot Olie Polie and his family, who live on Planet Polie with their dog Spot.

KidsCo will also be introducing a raft of new titles into its schedule throughout the year including a new original production: Zuzu and the Supernuffs, which is currently being produced by award-winning production company Matchbox Pictures (NBCUniversal) – with who KidsCo announced a content deal last year. The series will air in the second quarter of 2013.
