Expert services include system recovery, troubleshooting, and free on-site support for critical cases; with a response time of as little as two hours.

In addition to the Grass Valley on-site team, the QuickFix programme includes priority technical phone support 24 hours a day, seven days a week—all at no additional charge—with a dedicated telephone response team and a one-hour call back guarantee.

The Grass Valley QuickFix program includes priority local access to critical spare parts. Grass Valley can ship and deliver—same day or overnight—any part required from its UK-based customer service inventory.
