The Digital Media and Marketing Association’s annual Bookmark Awards, which acknowledge publishers, agencies and individuals that have excelled in the digital arena, have bestowed three awards on DStv Online.
A gold in the publisher category was awarded to DStv Onine for the Big Brother Africa All Stars website (http://bigbrotherafrica.dstv.com ).
DStv Online’s Supersport.com Mobile website (http://mobi.supersport.com) was awarded a silver for best mobile publisher (the highest award handed out for mobile).
Supersport.com was acknowledged with a bronze in the category Mixed Media Project.
With more than 400 entries and only six golds awarded across more than 30 categories, the standards were very high, meaning silver or bronze winners were often considered “best in class’.
